Just imagine if there was a tried, tested and flawless method to remove the old beliefs that blind us to new possibilities? Even better, could we take the life-force that is required to continually hold those limiting beliefs and use it to power-up and drive new, positive, creative ones? Imagine if we could install a new belief and actually experience it as a living reality with no doubts or evidence to contradict it? What would our lives look like then??
Believe it or not this is not only possible, it is a reality which many have sought for millennia. A native American term for a life lived on default belief systems is "The dream of the first reality". A life lived deliberately according to personal is known as "The dream of the second reality". Entire cultures such as the Toltec and Maya were structured around pursuing these ideas to fulfilment over a lifetime. People who lived in these cultures set out to become the vey best human beings they could be, but not to please someone else or in blind obedience to religious or social mores. They did it for their own personal satisfaction and quality of life.
Today, for the few who ever reach this point in their lives, years of inner and outer struggle and sacrifice seem to be the rites of passage. For most that price seems too high even to consider attempting to start. Furthermore, the likelihood of success seems remote at best.
Harry Palmer, author of the book Living Deliberately and of the materials constituting the Avatar Path begs to differ.
